Reading Plan

At Millington First Baptist, we are committed to being Bible Anchored. Our 2025 reading plan offers an easy-to-follow structure from Monday through Friday, guiding you through a weekly rhythm of wisdom from Proverbs, the gospels, and a Psalm.

What do I need?

We provide the reading plan in 3-month increments here digitally, a downloadable PDF, and physically with a FREE bookmark for you to take with you! Visit our Connect Desk in our main lobby and pick up your bookmark and other resources.

Reading Plan 2025
Proverbs | Gospels | Psalms

In 2025, we will start each week with wisdom, fill it with the gospel, and end it with a song. On Mondays, we have spaced 31 chapters in Proverbs over 52 weeks. Then, we have portioned the gospel books into manageable lots for Tuesday through Thursday to encourage a meditative pace for your reading. For the 52 Fridays in the year, we will read a Psalm (often a song or a poem). I hope this mix of Old and New Testament will bless you and your family. In addition to the weekly reading guide, you are encouraged to read scripture to be discussed in Life Groups (in the first 6 months of 2025, Life Groups will study the Gospel of Mark).
