Brian’s Story

Pastor Brian came to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in February of 2011 while at New Prospect Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, TN. Through serving in different capacities at church, wise counsel, and a series of short-term mission trips, God made it clear that He was calling him into the gospel ministry. In 2015, Brian came to Memphis Tennessee to pursue seminary. Brian obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Counseling at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and also a Master of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. While residing in Memphis, he met his wife, Kristina, at Kirby Woods Baptist Church. She serves as a third-grade teacher at Arlington Elementary and is incredibly vital in helping Brian within Children’s Ministry. They currently have one son, Carson Ray, and one miniature dachshund, Jemma. Brian is passionate about laying a solid scriptural foundation in children’s lives, seeing kids come to know the Lord, and coming up along beside parents to help invest in their little ones.
