Billy Pruitt

Billy has lived in the Millington area his entire life. For the past three years, he has served as a layman here at FBC. Previously he served at Crosspointe Baptist Church for 15 years. It was there he was licensed and ordained to the gospel ministry. While at Crosspointe, he served as Senior Adult Pastor, Education Pastor, Benevolence Pastor, and Pastoral Care and Counseling Pastor. In 2006, Billy earned an Associate’s Degree in Christian Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Billy is passionate about winning souls, encouraging the discouraged, and shepherding God’s people. He is a team player that sees himself as an extension of the Senior Pastor.

Billy and Page have two children, Jeremy

(wife Lindsay) and Stephanie (husband Mark). They also have 7 wonderful grandchildren – 6 boys and 1 girl.
